1.2. The minimum bet amount is established by the Company. The maximum payout for one or more bets placed on the same event is as follows:

  • $200,000 (two hundred thousand) for sports betting.
  • $15,000 (fifteen thousand) for live betting.

The Company establishes the maximum bet amount for each event and bet type. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to cap the maximum winnings for any customer on a case-by-case basis, up to $500,000 (five hundred thousand) per calendar week. Special limits may also be applied to specific categories of games and bets.

1.3. Customer — an individual participant in betting who is at least eighteen years old, agrees to these Rules, and has entered into this risk-based agreement on winnings with the Betting Organizer.

1.4. Agreement on Winnings — a risk-based adhesion agreement between the Customer and the Betting Organizer, outlining the terms and conditions for participating in betting and receiving winnings based on the outcomes of bets.

1.5. Customer Account — an informational resource that provides details about the Customer, the bets they have placed, and any winnings paid out. The Customer Account serves as the primary means of interaction between the Customer and the Betting Organizer in accordance with these Rules. Access to the account is restricted to the Customer, with authorization performed via login and password.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. By entering into an Agreement on Winnings, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Rules, including the terms governing the organization and operation of betting as set forth by the Betting Organizer. The Betting Organizer reserves the right to void the Agreement on Winnings, either in full or in part, and to cancel the results of bets placed by the Customer under the Agreement, should the Customer violate these Rules.

2.2. The Betting Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without providing an explanation, to refuse Customer registration, decline to enter into an Agreement on Winnings, or limit the selection of available bets.

2.3. If fraudulent activities are identified in connection with the Agreement on Winnings, including but not limited to bets, interactive bets, withdrawal of winnings, selection of bets, or the use of forged documents, the Betting Organizer reserves the right to halt such actions and report the fraudulent activities to law enforcement authorities.

2.4. Any disputes or disagreements between the Customer and the Betting Organizer shall be resolved through the established complaint procedure.

Any claims from the Customer regarding disputes must be submitted within 10 (ten) calendar days following the conclusion of the event on which the bet was placed. Claims must be sent in writing to the Betting Organizer at the official correspondence address specified in Clause 1.1 of these Rules and must include supporting documents validating the request. The Betting Organizer has the sole authority to make the final decision on all disputed matters. Claims will be reviewed within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt. The procedure described in this section, whereby the Customer contacts the Betting Organizer to submit a claim, constitutes a mandatory pre-court dispute resolution process.

3. MAIN RULES FOR BETTING (ACCEPTING BETS AND WITHDRAWAL OF WINNINGS)

3.1. The Customer places bets on the outcomes of events in accordance with the Agreement on Winnings, based on the terms and odds provided by the Betting Organizer in sports betting.

The odds provided in sports betting may change after the Customer places their bet; however, the odds applicable to bets already placed by the Customer will remain unchanged. Customers are advised to review all relevant information in the sports section before placing their bets.

3.2. Bets placed by the Customer under the Agreement on Winnings and accepted by the Betting Organizer cannot be unilaterally canceled or modified by the Customer.

3.3. The following types of bets are distinguished: Single, Accumulator, and System.

4. BET RESULT SETTLEMENT FEATURES

4.1. The date and time of an event listed in the sports section are provided for informational purposes only. Incorrectly displayed dates, times, or additional details (such as tournament status, stage, or the score of the first match) do not constitute valid grounds for canceling a bet.

If an event occurs earlier or later than the announced date, bets on that event will be settled according to the standard procedure, as though they were placed before the actual start of the event.

If the start of an event is delayed by 3 (three) or more days, the bet will be canceled.

If the start of an event is delayed by less than 3 (three) days, the Betting Organizer may choose to cancel the bet before the event concludes and will notify the Customer through the official results published by the Betting Organizer.

4.2. In the list of events, the first team displayed is the home team. This information is provided for reference purposes only and cannot be used as grounds for canceling a bet. The following situations also cannot serve as grounds for canceling a bet:

  • The event is moved to a neutral venue (the Betting Organizer is not obligated to notify customers of such changes).
  • Changes to the format of exhibition (off-season) games.

If the location is specified in the name of the sporting event displayed in the Sports section of the website, and the exhibition status of the match is indicated (e.g., exhibition matches, off-season matches, exhibition tournaments), the athlete or home team is not required to be listed first.

5. MAIN TYPES OF BETS ACCEPTED BY THE BETTING ORGANIZER

5.1. Bet on the actual outcome. Bets can be placed on matches without considering the handicap, provided the corresponding odds are displayed.

  • The first position represents the odds of the first team winning (“1”).
  • The second position represents the odds of a draw (“X”).
  • The third position represents the odds of the second team winning (“2”).

Bets can also be placed on the following outcomes:

  • The first team not losing (“1X”).
  • The second team not losing (“X2”).

5.2. Bets on each team winning the match with handicap applied.

Handicaps are determined by the Betting Organizer and can be positive, negative, or zero. To determine the outcome of a bet based on the actual goals scored by the team the Customer has bet on:

  • If the handicap is negative, it is subtracted from the team’s final score.
  • If the handicap is positive, it is added to the team’s final score.

The handicap for the opposing team is not considered. If the adjusted result favors the selected team, the bet is deemed a win.
