TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BETTING SERVICES

Adyenda LTD, a company incorporated in Cyprus with its registered address at Andrea Souroukli 28, Flat/Office 302, Latsia 2230, Nicosia, Cyprus, is a wholly owned subsidiary of YouGMedia B.V. Acting as a Billing Agent, it facilitates the processing of certain payments on behalf of the Parent Company. All rights are reserved and protected by law.

BATERYBET reserves the right to update, amend, modify, or supplement the BATERY Rules at any time. Any significant amendments to the BATERY Rules will be communicated to all Account Holders in advance, prior to their implementation. All references in the BATERY Rules to the singular form shall also apply to the plural, and vice versa. Similarly, all references to “the” shall include “a/an,” and vice versa.

1. General Introduction, definitions and stipulations

1.1 An Account Holder refers to an individual who enters into a contractual agreement with BATERY by registering a BATERY Account on the Website.

1.2 A BATERY Account is an account owned by an Account Holder, intended exclusively for bona fide transactions. Its primary purpose is to establish a standard commercial relationship with BATERY, strictly for engaging in betting, gaming, and gambling activities

1.3 The Contract refers to the legal agreement between BATERY and an Account Holder, which is established and governed by the BATERY Rules, also known as the “Terms and Conditions.”

1.4 The Website is the online platform accessible via the internet address www.batery.in, where all up-to-date and relevant information regarding BATERY’s operations is published. It also serves as the portal through which Services are made available to Account Holders.
1.5 The Services refer to the gaming and betting offerings provided by BATERY to Account Holders through the Website.

2. Account Rules

2.1 Creation of a BATERY Bet Account

2.1.1 An individual may not participate in any game for money unless they are a registered Account Holder. To register as a player, the individual must complete the registration process personally and submit an application for account creation. The following information is required:

• Date of birth, along with valid identification proving that the player is at least eighteen (18) years of age or has reached the legal age of majority as required by the laws of their jurisdiction of residence. Acceptable identification documents include a copy of a valid identity card, passport, or driver’s license.
• player’s first and last name;
• player’s full residential address;
• player’s valid email address;
• a username and a password.

2.1.2 An individual applying to become an Account Holder warrants and confirms that they are not under the age of eighteen (18) years. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering as players or holding a BATERY Account. BATERY reserves the right to request additional proof of age and conduct further verification checks to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. A BATERY Account may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is submitted.

2.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any bonus, jackpot, or prize if it determines that the Player has engaged in fraudulent activity involving system manipulation. In such cases, the Organizer will freeze the Player’s special gaming account and, if funds are available, initiate a refund to the payment system originally used by the Player to fund the gaming account.

2.3 Arranged Game

If the Organizer has sufficient evidence to suspect an arranged game, they reserve the right to cancel prize distributions and reverse any payments already credited to the Player’s special gaming account. Such suspicions may be based on data related to the sums, characteristics, and amounts of all entry payments made through any available methods.

3. Legal Aspects

3.1 BATERY explicitly acknowledges that the placement of bets, the organization of betting, and participation in activities such as sports betting, multiplayer poker, casino games, and lotteries may be restricted or even prohibited by law in certain countries. These restrictions or prohibitions may apply even if the company has obtained the necessary permissions or licenses to conduct betting and gaming operations.

Users must understand that if betting or participation in activities like sports betting, multiplayer poker, or lotteries is prohibited, or allowed only under specific conditions that are not met, the responsibility for any resulting damages lies solely with the User.

Additionally, Users should be aware that the company is not obligated to provide broader information, instructions, or warnings beyond what is outlined in this paragraph. Specifically, the company is not liable for any damages incurred by the User due to violations of the relevant legal restrictions in the User’s country of residence.

3.2 You must register on a website belonging to the BATERY group of companies that corresponds to your country of residence. By registering or participating in the games, the User confirms that they have reached the minimum age of consent as required by the laws of their country and that they have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement with the company.

If these requirements are not met, the User’s account will be closed, and appropriate measures will be taken.

3.3 The User agrees that the personal information provided to the company during participation in pool betting, multiplayer poker, casino games, lotteries, or any other games may be stored and processed using automated means.

4. Registration

4.1 Only registered Users are eligible to participate in the company’s bonus programs. To register, complete the registration form by providing your first name, last name, and email address. Once you receive a verification email, follow the instructions provided to verify your account. Verification is required to enable deposits and place bets.

4.2 Registration and betting are strictly permitted only for individuals aged 18 years or older. Users bear full responsibility for ensuring the legality of online gambling in their region of residence and for reporting any winnings to the relevant authorities in their country, as required by law. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age and may suspend the User’s account until the necessary documentation is provided.

4.3 All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. Specifically, if using a credit or debit card, the name and surname of the cardholder must match the name and surname provided in the registration form. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the account being blocked. However, any bets placed prior to the account being locked will be considered valid.

5. Currency

5.1 Currently, Users are allowed to place bets in the following currency: USD. BATERY reserves the right to suspend the acceptance of bets and operational activities in this or any other indicated currency. In such cases, all necessary transactions for accounts in the blocked currency will be processed in an equivalent amount using another currency, based on the interbank exchange rate applicable on that day.
